How does the delivery process work?

Once our system processes your order, your products are thoroughly inspected to ensure they are in perfect condition. After passing the final round of quality checks, they are securely packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partners. Our delivery partners will then bring the package to you at the earliest opportunity. In case they are unable to reach your provided address or find a suitable delivery time, they will contact you directly to resolve the issue.

How are items packaged?

We package our products in brown envelopes of 85 GSM. Each envelope is securely sealed with tape to protect the magazine during transit. We take pride in the quality of our packaging.

What is the range of locations to which LawTeller ships?

LawTeller ships all across India. We take pride in using India Post services, and wherever they deliver, we can ship our magazine.

My order has been shipped. How can I track it?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS with your tracking number and the name of the courier company processing your order. If you do not receive these details, please contact us at contact@lawteller.com and we will provide the tracking information promptly.

Please note that tracking details become active 24 hours after dispatch from our warehouse. We use India Post Speed Post, Magazine Post, Registered Parcel, Book Packet, and 23+ other leading courier services for shipping across India.

What is the estimated delivery time?

We usually dispatch most orders within 1–3 business days of placement on our website (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

For orders placed through a third-party vendor, the dispatch timeline of 1–3 business days begins from the date the vendor shares your order details with us.

Please note that LawTeller shall not be liable for any damage to articles after handover to our courier partners, or for any delays in delivery caused by the courier company.

Does LawTeller change product pricing or cancel orders?

Prices and availability of products and services offered on this site are subject to change without prior notice, at the sole discretion of LawTeller.

LawTeller reserves the right to revise or discontinue any product or service at any time. In the event that LawTeller is unable to deliver your order on time or at all, you will be notified via email and your order will be cancelled — either due to product unavailability or, if delivery is not completed within the expected timeframe, at your instructions.

Are there any shipping charges applicable to my order?

Standard shipping charges apply to most addresses within India:

• Orders below Rs. 499/-: A flat shipping charge of Rs. 42/- is applicable.
• Orders above Rs. 499/-: Free shipping.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): An additional charge of Rs. 100/- applies to all COD orders above Rs. 499/- and below Rs. 4,999/-.

Please note that we are currently not accepting orders below Rs. 100/–.

Does LawTeller ship outside India?

No. At this time, LawTeller does not accept orders from outside India and does not ship internationally.
