Mr. Arun Sharma did his B.A.LL.B(H) & LL. M (Business Laws) from Jiwaji University MP. He did an online certificate course on Cyber Law from Asian School of cyber laws and IPR certificate course from WIPO (online). He is currently pursuing Ph.D. (comparing Indian mediation to USA mediation) under the guidance of Dr. Rakhi Singh (HOD, ALS) and Prof. Dr. Sukhsimranjit Singh, managing Director Strauss Institute of Dispute Resolution, California.
He Attended several national & International conferences Published papers.
In 2019 he bagged a gold medal in Chess in youth fest Amity.He is a Vice president at RMS organization working in the field of blood donation throughout India. And Member in other organizations working for social welfare.
He also practiced in Gwalior high court, District Court, Central Administrative Tribunal, Labour court, consumer forum.In this webinar, he will be discussing the following points
