  • Sec. 87 to Sec. 92 explains about the provisions of Consent. When a person willfully consents an injury he cannot blame the person who inflicted the injury. The defence of consent is based on the Roman Law maxim volenti non fit injuria which means that where person has given consent to suffer a harm or risk, he cannot complain of any injury that flows therefrom.
